Everyone on the staff was so nice. The bar area was fun with great food and drinks, and outstanding service. The server at the bar even moved my lounge chair for me to a sunnier location. Truly above and beyond. The pool is comfortable and heated, which was a treat on a slightly cooler weekend. The location is amazing. Close to several restaurants, and only a few minutes walk from the beach. Hands down my favorite place to stay in Fort Lauderdale.

It was a great location. Walking distance from the beach and strip with all kinds of restaurants. The cafe down the street is adorable and really great desserts, muffins and coffee. The room was clean but we felt that the door handle was a little concerning. The lighting was very dim, need brighter lights. Shower was great and bed was comfortable. We would stay there again and again, because of location and comfort. The pools at least 2 of them were not heated as stated on their site which sucked but if it were warmer it wouldn't be a big deal. Check in was easy and the workers around were very nice.

The staff here is amazing, first of all. Professional, accommodating and there when you need them. The layout of the hotel is really nice as well with 3 different pools to choose from-even one that is heated with a bar next to it! The other pools have grills you can use which was very nice, and they don't close at dusk like everywhere else. It is a true resort and the (crystal clear water) beach is a short walk, even shorter walk to a bakery that is totally worth the wait (trust me), and a lot of other restaurants and bars are walkable as well. I pulled in and didn't drive again till I checked out, and then drove 5 minutes to a fantastic state park!

Royal palms is a decent 2 story hotel, in a nice area, close to beach, 2 pools on property. You can also use the pools at sister properties. Our AC & TV was not working so we were moved to a sister hotel- Aqua hotel. The Aqua hotel was very nice! Quieter than Royal Palm and a bit nicer. Manager, Maggie was excellent!!! Staff at Royal Palms was also very helpful and accommodating! We can't wait to return to Aqua! Rooms are spacious, kitchenettes are great to have. 1 short block to beach. Fun area, great bakery & smoothie shop close by.

The location of this hotel was amazing. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and night life, this hotel was conveniently located in the middle of the strip of Fort Lauderdale. The hotel's bar also served some great drinks that my husband and I enjoyed when we returned from a day of adventure. The staff was so friendly and available whenever we needed anything.

The staff is exceptional, friendly, smiling and prepared. All the facilities connected to each other with different pools in each facility easily reachable. The restaurants connected to them exceptional.

Staff were very accommodating with getting us an early check in and providing us with a kettle for my husbands CPAP (distilled water needs.) A close walk to beach and many restaurants, water taxi too! The heated pool was a bonus.
